And what better way to charm your Valentine than to prepare a fancy, trendy meal cracker. And on top of the cherry? It’s incredibly fast and clear, so there’s no slavery in the kitchen. With this Cajun shrimp scampi, just raise your glasses and have a lovely date night.
It’s mostly the typical scampi, for the most part. Although the Cajun spices elevate things to make them creamier with a splash of cream. Mark my words, this modern form of scampi-ing can make you fall in love with it!!

They all love their iconic scampi, huh? Lemony sauce with a dash of white wine, and finished with a sprinkling of parsley and parmesan. Fat, succulent shrimp sautéed in a rich buttery sauce.
– 1 Tbsp.Of sea salt.
– 500 gr.Of shrimp, I deveined and hulled them.
– 250 ml.Of penne pasta.
– 250 ml.Of cream.
– 125 ml.Of Parmesan cheese.
– 2 Tbsp.Of Cajun spices.
– 1 Tbsp.Of olive oil.
– 1 Tbsp.Of soft butter.
Step 1 – In a pot of water, apply salt and cook the pasta al dente according to the box instructions.
Step 2 – at least half a cup of boiling water before dumping. Please rinse the spaghetti and set it aside.
Step 3 – Combine the shrimp in a dish with the oil and the Cajun seasoning.
Step 4 – In a saucepan, apply butter and cook over medium-high heat.
Step 5 – Attach and prepare the shrimp, and transfer them to a tray for washing. Decrease the heat to medium.
Step 6 – Apply the cream and scrape the pan’s sides good. Enable the cream to boil, then reduce the heat and add the Parmesan cheese to a low amount.
Step 7 – Let it melt, then add the shrimp and the pasta. To liquefy the sauce, apply a little boiling water. Serve it hot, and that’s it.
