SEAFOOD MAC AND CHEESE

This lobster mac and cheese is an ultra fluffy macaroni with two kinds of cheese and tons of bits of lobster meat, all cooked together to perfection in golden brown. A rich and decadent main course or side dish that will get rave reviews for sure!

With recipes for mac and cheese, you will never go wrong.
The Mac and cheese are pretty decent on their own, but you end up with something amazing when you add lobster to the mix. For special days, I love to make lobster mac and cheese-been it’s a family tradition and my kids always order it on their birthday!

INGREDIENTS:
– 2 Cups.Of dry Macaroni.
– 230 gr.Of fresh shrimp.
– 230 gr.Of White Cheddar Cheese.
– 230 gr.Of Sour Cream.
– 170 gr.Of Claw Crab Meat.
– 115 gr.Of Mozzarella Cheese.
– 4 Tbsp.Of soft Butter.
– 2 Tbsp.Of all-purpose Flour.
– A medium Green Onion.
– 1 medium can-Of Evaporated Milk.
– 1/4 Cup.Of Bread Crumbs.
– 2 tsp.Of salt.
– 1 tsp.Of Black Pepper.

INSTRUCTIONS:

Step 1– Peel and devein your shrimp, if necessary.

Step 2– Cook the macaroni according to the box’s directions. Drain comprehensively.

Step 3– Place the drained macaroni in a large mixing bowl.
Apply the sour cream and blend well until you have coated all the noodles.
Add the meat from the crab and blend well.
Finely slice the green onion. And for later, set aside.
Grate the cheeses of cheddar and mozzarella.

Step 4– Melt the soft butter in a medium saucepan.
Add the shrimp that has been peeled and blend until softly finished.
Remove the shrimp from the pan.
Chop slightly.
For the macaroni, add them to the mix.

Step 5– Add the finely chopped onions into the saucepan and sauté until tender.
Sprinkle the flour with the onions and mix well. Let it cook for around a minute.

Step 6– Gently add in the milk, stirring frequently, until the mixture begins to thicken.

Step 7– Slowly apply the grated Cheddar cheese and stir periodically until the cheese melts.

Step 8– Pour the cheese sauce over the macaroni and seafood combination. Stir well to mix.
Add sea salt and black pepper to taste.

Step 9– In a baking dish that is well buttered, bring the mixture in.

Step 10– Sprinkle on top of the grated mozzarella cheese.
Sprinkle it with bread crumbs on top of the mozzarella cheese.
Sprinkle gently with Paprika to add flavor.

Step 11– Bake at 350 degrees for about 25 minutes, or until the surface is lightly browned.

You get a taste for crab meat, shrimps, and macaroni covered by a combination of stringy and gooey cheeses.
